• Select the product you want from where you want. There is no requirement to purchase from a particular shop or manufacturer. You control the markup on the product you select.
• You are working with a contractor licensed and insured to protect your home and investment.
• We are one of the few independent contractors to offer dust containment sanding.
• Honest pricing. Our estimates are detailed, designed to clarify the scope of your project. No surprises. We do our best to assess your needs and offer a fair estimate, if you are looking for bargain prices we are probably not the service for you.

Walkthroughs and warranties

• Before we consider a job complete, we do a mandatory walkthrough with you to make sure you're satisfied with our work. However, with our Traditional wood services, walkthroughs aren't done on the final day of the job. If problems arise after the final coat, we will be happy to return and address the issues.
• If you find something after the walkthrough you're not happy with, just give us a call. All our work is backed by a one-year warranty.
• We receive a half check down for materials with a signed contract. Balance is due upon completion.
• The price for the materials may be subject to extra charge if there is a manufacturer price increase.

Licensing and insurance

• we are fully licensed by the State of New Jersey.
• We do commercial projects. Currently, our general liability insurance covers up to two million dollars.
